The Stage Alliance is committed to the ideology of union labor. We enjoy a collective bargaining agreement with the I.A.T.S.E. Local 205 to maintain fair wages, safe working conditions and benefit contributions on behalf of each technician who works with us. Local 205 has been a constant workforce in Austin for close to one hundred years and we recognize the value in their years of stage experience. Together we bring the best quality and worker protections to our clients.
